lake by referring as "the most beautiful place on earth". Usually tourists stay several days in Samosir to visit Batak traditional villages, swimming in the lake and go to hot spring in Pangururan.

Lake Toba Festival:

lake Toba Festival is held to gain back the image of Lake Toba as the national tourist destination and hopefully will

become the icon or symbol in promoting the potentials of Nort Sumatra, in particular the districts/cities in the vicinity

of Lake Toba. In this festival many attractions like cultural parade, art and culture performances, people games and

sport.
